Chartright/Execaire/Skyservice Advice

Well,
Execaire and Skyservice are good companies.
Historically, Execaire as always been the No. 1 employer in terms of salary and conditions. Skyservice is a bit behind since they started trying to get clients form Execaire by cutting prices, crewing with only 2 pilots airplanes that are flying enough for 3 and the per diem is also a bit less. I don't take into account the Medevac side of Skyservice which is a whole different animal...
On the streets, Execaire is seen as the top notch, Skyservice is second and here in yul, Starlink if far in third... I'm not even talking about ACASS (avoid at all cost)
Keep in mind that most of the time, you are working on a managed aircraft (or for the owner) and salary, schedule and benefits vary a lot from one another.
You could be at Skyservice with an owner who treats you really good and not wanting to go to Execaire and vice-versa...
I know those two companies and I think they are both well structured, have good staff and can be a good long term employer.
