Are you excited about your new job in YYC? Are you NOT excited about finding a place to live? Maybe you're already living here and are sick of the sh*thole crash pad you're living in? Well....problem solved!

A little bit about the place: Basement sweet of an immaculate brand new house, fully furnished but still room for your stuff! It's located in a brand new subdivision, on top of a ridge with a really really ridiculously good-looking view of the city skyline. There's also a park with a baseball diamond and soccer field right behind the house. The commute is a mere 15 minutes to the east and west hangars on the south side, and 20 minutes to the main terminal.

Amenities: private entrance, big windows (much more natural light than an average basement suite), brand new washer and dryer (our own). When I put pictures up, it will blow your effing socks off.

So, you're probably wondering? How much is this going to cost ME? All for the low low price of $450/month ($900 monthly split between the two of us). That includes all utilities (heat, electricity and internet).

Now you're probably wondering about me. Maybe thinking "okay, this sounds great, but I don't have a clue about you. How do I know you're not a rapist or Phil Collins?"

A little bit about me: I'm probably in the same boat as you. I'm here for my career, and not going anywhere anytime soon since I'm bonded for the next two years. I'm respectful, quiet, clean and I won't bother any of your shit. If you leave shit out, I'm just like, "Oh f*ck I better not mess with this shit, because it's not mine." I turn off lights. I clean toilets. F*ck it. I'll even cook for you. That's right! Sometimes I play guitar. Do you enjoy being serenaded to Pink Floyd or Led Zeppelin....WHENEVER THE EFF YOU WANT? Of course you do! I've been told I have a singing voice that is a cross between Fergie and Jesus.
