Just curious, does AC SOPs allow single engine taxi in/out?

More than that. Single engine taxi in/out is SOP and you have to have a reason not to.

Exceptions include:
First flight of day
Xing active runways
Negotiating in bad faith
Short taxis
Unnecessary distraction at busy aerodromes
Excessive executive compensation/bonus
Uphill taxi
Slippery taxiways/ramps
Contamination on taxiways/ramps
