I am hoping some of the Cargojet people on this board can help with a couple questions I have about Cargojet.
When the 757/767 were brought in were any of the pilot positions filled by the 727 crews?
The other question I have is how does it work in regards to how the crews are assigned? Is it done a bidding process? It seems to me that the domestic 767 operations are quite straight forward; one aircraft is in Hamilton while the second one is in Vancouver and then they end up in the opposite city during the week on flights CJT 571 and 572 and then flights 550/551 on the weekend service. With the 757 and CJT 620/621does the same crew start with the flight from Hamilton and then come back to Hamilton or is there a crew change along the way? In regards to the 727 flights I would like to know how they work from a crew standpoint? I won’t type different scenarios that I think they could be I will hope that someone will be able to tell me how it works.
