Updating online application
I last updated my resume with WestJet just over a year ago. It's time to update my times. I am having no trouble updating my profile and resume, but it won't let me reapply for the job so I can update my experience on the hiring matrix. How do I re-answer the original job application questions?
Re: Updating online application
Thanks for the note,
Yes, you are correct. You can't update the original boxes but simply update the resume portion. That is where we score from anyway. I can see when you originally posted and I can view your update to see your progression. I hope that helps!
As for the system itself, we will be getting a new server or TMS (talent management service) in Q2 or 3.
What this will do, is make these little updates really easy. It's a very cool product and all current applicants will receive an email to re apply to that new server.
All the regional data base will be contained there too. I will pass along all those details as they come.
Thanks again,
Dave.

Re: Updating online application
Thanks for the info! It stumped me as well on how to change the drop down menus.
Re: Updating online application
I can not manage to get the drop down boxes to highlight I am 737-700 endorsed. How do I do that? I have clicked on it a million times.

Re: Updating online application
Curious whether WestJet will continue to hire for the mainline over the next year in light of the regional. Still based strictly on internal references?

Re: Updating online application
Is the regional resume pool the same as the mainline pool? I want to apply at the regional and have an online application just wondering if I have it on the right list?
Re: Updating online application
Hi,
The regional will have a separate application site. It likely won't be up and running for a few months yet.
Cheers!
