not looking to get ragged on but just wanted to get some advice from any of the CMA guys/gals (or anyone else in the know)...
do you know what the current wait time is for rampies/dispatchers/customer service agents to get in the right seat?
and on average how many of these people make it to the flight line in a given year?

I wouldn't worry about anyone ragging on you for asking a serious question. Of course youll get some smart ass remarks, but pay no attention.
As for your question, I thought they upped there mins to 500 hours for an FO... not sure if they still promote from the ramp, I hope still they do. Great company to get your foot in the door.
