I tried to find it but couldn't but I thought I remembered DaveP saying retirement would play a factor in about five years time. Plus if you add the fact that Transport Canada will introduce new rest rules eventually the upgrades could be a lot quicker than one would think. Also, will management want a reserve in place for the next agreement? Not out of the question which would add the need for crews. Finally does WJ start doing its own Alberta/Hawaii flying? Bigger equipment will mean more crews. Personally I think the biggest factor is the economy. If that starts to hum again I think upgrades will follow.
