Noticed that they have a add out for a couple of co-joes.
Does anyone have some updated info about them since they have been taken over by harbour air?
Wondering if the atmosphere around there has changed with the new ownership, What the pay, schedual and upgrades are like?

Totally different atmosphere since the merger. Union is gone. Pay is $14-19. Sched is 4 on 3 off. Upgrades from right to left are unlikely, too many guys on the -3T that have -6 time and want to fly it again. Moves to the -2 wont happen unless you have the required PIC time.

One FT and one PT position. No upgrades likely.
You won't go into the beaver either. Unless you meet the beaver PIC time reqs. which are 1500 PIC and 1000 float PIC with at least 500 on the beaver. And no, unlike the ATPL.. you can't count copilot time as half towards the PIC reqs
A pretty right on spot for someone with 270hrs, a multi and float rating though! Live in Vic, decent money, good benefits, great schedule, fantastic maintenance!
