Q jets Closing down

I have heard that Qjets in Calgary is closing down this month.Not that theres a works shortage.Anyone know more.

MBE Jets is a who knows whats happening. Everything there is a fight between the partners right now .

It may be that the time period for the shares is due. They seem to be doing well and have a solid client base. I do not believe that they would be closing their doors for any negative reason.

I hope everyone who lost their jobs is able to find something quickly. It looks like one of the Citations is now at Air Partners. The Challenger when to Skyservice not too long ago.

On a side note I don't think too much has been resolved at MBE Jet. All the partners are still chasing after MB. Although one of the aircraft are now on the SkyService OC.

Well one of MBE jets may be on Skyservices OC but it's not doing any flying. All MBE jets pilots are still unemployed..

Ok, somewhere in there I lost track of whether the conversation was about MBE or Qjets. So which ones 604 has gone to Air Partners? Is that the 703(4) that's for sale as well?

Accent Aviation ran out of that hanger in the early 2000s, Pan Canadian (Encana) ran their corporate aviation department out of that hanger aswell prior to Sunwest slowly screwing calgarys corporate aviation community.

Avia Aviation was in that Hangar as well, oh the good old days with the Piaggio Avanti, it was a great company but fell apart fast with some senior management changes (President changes, not the CP or Ops Manager)

I remember we used to taxi the 'hos over there to pick up the bags for the bank run from Dynamic. Another one gone but not forgotten.
Quite the interesting company that place!

Peace Air ran out of there at the end, Quick Air, and Alta Flights when they were at their peak.
