6 hours of survey flying, couldn't have been much left in the tanks then.

Apparently there was meant to be a lot left. Maybe the low level flying burnt more than what was expected.
Sad thing about this accident, was that the pilot turned down a job with my old company in Botswana to do this job in Indo.
Fate is cruel sometimes....

Musicmaan, this post is not related to the PC6 crash (which is really sad) but on your experience with AWT Wings on the rugged DHC-2 Beaver.
