This outfit is another shytehole operation that was reconstituted after its predecessor was finally shut down. To say it is a carbuncle on the ass end of aviation is to understate the case. A fellow I know who actually meets the qualifications, but is now happily ensconced in a good operation, is contemplating phoning them just for the entertainment value.
