I just hung up after calling AC reservations. I am in Europe and knowing that European lines are closed, I called the 888 number. After five minutes of recorded messages, I was told that the average waiting time to be serviced by a res agent will be between 57 minutes and 1 hour 27 minutes.
Why the trashing of customer service of a once great airline is considered good business leaves me shaking my head.
Do not do this to AC.
Is management on drugs? (rhetorical question)

Re: Great Air Canada service
And guess what BMC.... the f*cking shareholders approved a new compensation package for executive to enrich their poor performance even more! What they hell are they rewarding? The fact that the Air Canada brand is shittier than ever? Or the fact that their shares are down 80%?

Re: Great Air Canada service
I am no business man but that makes no freakin sense to me whatsoever! If I was a major ACE share holder (though the question begs to be asked, why would anyone choose to be
) that is the last thing I would be voting in favour of for that executive group. If anything I would be suggesting the removal of that group
