float training maritimes

Hi, I am trying to find a freelance instructor in the Maritimes for a basic float rating. I really don't want to go through the "Dog & Pony Show" even if I can find one and I can't. Even if I can find a commercial guy with at least 50 Hrs.+ on floats. I should be able to find the aircraft. I am located in the Yarmouth area of NS. Anyone know someone?
