Psych Eval

I just did an Air Canada interview for my second time.

I felt the interview went great and the cog test pretty well. I'm just a little unsure about the psych eval. Its like rolling the dice.

Does anyone know how much weight they put to everything especially the psych eval? I know it is a very secretive process but any added info would be great.

I have heard mixed reviews.

Interview is everything and the tests don't count for much or tests are everything interview is just to see if you're a decent person.
