Yes, Bill sold it to one of Coulsons pilots who had it leased to Jack Kaiser and I bought it from him.
I did the conversion with the intent to use it in a flight training school I had planned to start....but TC would not issue me a FTU OC.
I had it for about four years after I found out I could not own a FTU and finally sold it to a guy in Vancouver last summer.....he is getting his PPL on it and just loves the thing.

The hardest thing about flying is knowing when to say no
After over a half a century of flying no one ever died because of my decision not to fly.
Learned to fly on dad's Canuck, CF-PKS at Nanaimo in the 70's. Made it official with Air Cadets in 79 at Victoria Flying Club. Dad traded the Canuck and for years flew a Belanca Cruisemaster. Then a few years back, he located PKS in a garage in Langley, bought it back, and restored it. It is beautiful! Now he's working on a second one at his hangar in Vernon. Don't know the call letters of that one though. PKS apparently holds an unofficial altitude record set at Comox. And its one of the last ones Leavens Bros. built. My dad tells me there's a fellow in Vernon with another Canuck that he is heavily modifying. Hope to see it and get more details next time I'm up there. Lots of fun to fly. I recall on my flight test in a 172 I was high turning final, so asked the instructor if he minded if I sideslipped. He said go right ahead. He had told me before to put it on the numbers, so I did, thanks to plenty of sideslip landings in the Canuck. Afterwards he said "you fly a pretty mean airplane" Coming from a former Vulcan pilot, that was pretty special!
The mighty Fleet Canuck! I soloed CF-EAO 8 July '52 at Windsor Flying Club and that machine could really spin like a top! This is a scratch-built 1:32 scale model

I soloed on CF-DZK at the Edmonton Flying Club on August 7, 1971 and had a total of 3.5 hrs as Pilot in it. I also flew in CF-HHE, DPH, and EAJ. I must have flown in all the club's Fleets, but I don't have any record of time on CF-DZS; see the attached photo.
