Single day pairings

Hi guys,
I'm looking for Operators that enable a pilot to be back home every night. I could do the occasional 2 or three day pairing but not on a regular basis.
Any help, advice and/or direction is greatly appreciated!!

Canjet is hiring 12 right now for YUL base. 15-22 days off a month and home every night.

Canadian North on the Boeing fleet you can be home most nights as well as things currently stand.

705 side at CMA grants you the ability to be home every night, unless a random charter comes up.
