According to the article - Helijet made an emergency water landing, helicopter equipped with flotation devices,
however it seems the chopper tipped over when they attempted to tow it. Now partially submerged?

CADORS 2012P1300
At 14:54 PDT (21:54Z), Pacific Region System Safety reported that C-GHJT, a twin engine Sikorsky S-76 helicopter operated by Helijet International Inc, experienced an engine failure near the North Island Fishing Lodge, Langara Island, Haida Gwaii, BC. After losing power to the number 2 engine, the pilot successfully landed the helicopter onto the water near a dock. The auto-floatation device deployed, one side reportedly deflated and as the main rotor brake was being applied, the helicopter rolled over. Both the pilot and passenger, the only two occupants, are reported safe and without injury; the helicopter is secured, albeit inverted, near the North Island Fishing Lodge.
