Just carry a chain saw (cordless electric to reduce pollutants - see the Cambodian tire couple) at all times. Place tip first in throat of pb, thrash vigorously..

Not that the British cook anything that would require a knife! They steam the crap out of veggies, slow cook beef till it's all stringy! They say that in Hell, the chefs are English.....and I beleive them! My mother-in-law is a Brit, and she cant even boil water!
I love the comment from "doctors" that a pointed knife will stab more deeply than a rounded one......DUH....there's an education wasted! Now we got to worry about those pesky forks in British eateries.....Or maybe we can just "go down" on our meat......AND I'm OUT OF HERE FOLKS!!!

Here's another great idea for crime prevention. Manditory castration for all males will be a big step towards eliminating rape and increasing productivity at work. It may also help prevent some car accidents.

Modern medical technology makes the male reproductive organ redundant-- artificial insemination results in at least as good if not better results than the traditional natural method, and the result will also help keep public bathrooms cleaner.
