This has GOT to be the best FBO in Canada (short of the US FBO's) to date!!
Suggest everyone come here and support this place as they seemed to have dropped a lot of coin here to make this a class act FBO!!!
Great lounge, great facilities AND it has a Sauna to boot!!!

Does this mean no more 4 hour waits in the illustrious (sp?) patient holding "room" for the medevac drivers? What a crock that whole set-up was. I don't miss that. The MOH made a mistake taking the YSB contract away from Kevin back then.
Fully stacked fridge, awsome coffee, nice sat TV, complete sound system....um stop overs in YSB....yes please! Not to sure how the steam room is to work, as there are quite a few floor to cig windows...so the chances of seeing a fat butt naked pilot are fairly good!
Bizjet the Shell FBO in Saskatoon is great. Nice facility, great people and great service. The Esso there on the other hand is one that I give a miss to.

And I'd take good customer service ANY DAY over a fancy building...some of the absolute best service I've ever gotten has been in places with facilities that were...modest...

There have been places where I have received good service. Not a drop of fuel spilled on the wing, a/c parked where there would be no chance of getting blasted, good coffee, informative employees, reasonable fuel prices and a free shuttle to the hotel. What more coulda wholsome lad like myself ask for?

bizjet: No I actually have many things on the go. Tea-bagging relaxes me and I am able to respond more postively to life's challenges. Lately it has become somewhat dominant in my thoughts though.

The number 1 and 2 rated FBO in Canada for 2004 was is in Gander, Newfoundland, ESSO Aviat and Irving respectivly, #3 FBO was Irving in Goose Bay, Labrador. This is as rated by Professional Pilots Magazine in 2004. In 2003 Irving Aviation Aviations FBO in YYR was rated #2 in the world by Professional Pilots Magazine, these were voted on by professional pilots flying corporate aircraft.

Thanks CYYR...I was in Goose bay the over day, @ $1.40 a litre...they can affort to put linen towels in the washroom vs. recycled paper.
