The Canadian Transportation Agency launched its investigation in June at the behest of an unnamed individual and a rival, Transat A.T., which offered submissions challenging whether the airline continued to be owned and operated by Canadians.
I'm employed as a pilot for Air Transat. That's what they pay me for, that is all I do for them.OPEC6-Heavy wrote:Gilles,

I'm guessing your smart enough not to have squandered your own personal funds in hiring a lawyer for this defeated challenge... My guess is Transat A.T. is funding your personal claim on their behalf, I'm also guessing your getting paid to do this. At least I hope so. Looks like your putting a lot of your personal time into this, like I've said before keep up the 1:1 fight.
The beer is on ice...When all this is done and over, when Sunwing will have many more permanent Canadian pilots on staff and no foreigners outside of 1:1, I hope you will buy me a beer to thank me
