je m'appele Hermann. je suis eleve controleur en 2 annee a l'universite national d'aviation de kiev-ukraine.en preparation pour mon bachelor en control aerien. j'envisage a la fin de ma formation immigrer pour le canada. j'aimerai savoir s'il y'a possibilite de reconnaissance de mon diplome de controleur aerien chez NAVCANADA et par la suite possibilite d'emploi comme controleur aerien au canada

I don't speak French well enough to reply in it, so hopefully you speak English. You must be able to speak English to work in ATC anyway.
As far as I know, Nav Canada doesn't officially recognize diplomas in Air Navigation for ATC jobs. Even if you get your diploma officially translated from Ukrainian to English/French, you will still have to undergo training with Nav Canada from the very start as if you were coming in with zero experience. With that said, having such a diploma on your resume will definitely help to get chosen for testing and interviews, and will for sure be of use once you start training.
Also, since you speak French, you would be eligible to work in Montreal FIR as well as the rest of Canada.
