Yes. I know that the phraseology is common all over Canada. I am looking for the ground phraseology for the coded taxi rout clearances.

An example of a taxi clearance;

Aircraft-Ground ABC ready to taxi
ATC-ABC Runway 08R taxi code route ECHO
Aircraft-Code route ECHO to 08R ABC

No problem just have the code taxi route chart out. Very rarely used however.
