There are no commercial seaplane operators in Mexico.

They do not alow water landings by private floatplane operators.

Your only hope is to fly an amphib and always land on paved runways.

FLATP & DAREDEVIL,

I just came across this thread in my search for answers about float flying in Mexico specifically the BAJA.

I am down in the BAJA alot and since everyday down here is a good flying day I was scheming about getting a Mogas 2 seat ultralight or light aircraft on amphib floats or an Altura to scoot up and down the coast between Cabos and La Paz for my amusement. Any information or good advice on the topic would be mucho appreciated !
