COPA AIRLINES PANAMA B737NG Interviews or Experience

Does anyone have any recent experience regarding the COPA interview?
I have been offered an interview in February for DEC 737.
The other thing I would be interested in is any comments from those that are either living and working for COPA in Panama.
There are posts on one of the other aviation sites but they are not helpful just full of the standard gripes.....

To clarify, you are only looking for the good stuff to justify going for the interview and ignoring the bad stuff? I have read the threads about this particular airline on PPRUNE and there is some information which probably should not be ignored!

You'll have much better info on PPrune, tons of threads and info on the package and working conditions there. Try PM'ing somebody that actually works there on PPrune if you want more specific info, or just ask your questions there. Just cause it isn't what you want to hear doesn't mean it isn't at least partially true.
