you're correct, it seems to have been an error .... FlightAware response below ....



I am very sorry for this confusion. It appears that the aircraft was in an estimated postion for part of the flight, which caused a brief error with the tracking information. This may have been caused by the pilot going off of IFR to get out of some cloud cover or something.

I will have our technical support team look into this matter to ensure that all of the data was being received correctly. Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention.
