Over the years I have learned that when it comes to airlines, the absolute best news is no news at all.......enjoy the silence.

That would definitely be true of any news we've received over the last two years. My luggage tag broke in half first day, very sad, I was so excited to display this wonderful news but the cheap plastic was no match for my pillow top mattress and empty suitcase.
