Are these also the costumes the pilots at Torontos Pride parade will wearing on their float?

I can sort of see where the uniform designer took a look at current trends, did a little awkward tweaking and came up with something they thought would be cool. Trouble is, nothing trendy ever lasts and it even if the uniform gains widespread acclaim now it will be a joke in five years. The same can be said of a trendy name, logo, slogan, or whatever. Why companies don't get this is beyond me.

Some of us were worried about this when we at the post mega-merger Air Canada Regional found out that our new brand name was going to be "Jazz."
I know the pilots at mainline did not take kindly to us wearing "their" uniform, but I was seriously worried that they were going to issue pilots something flaky so match their (self-imagined) cool, relaxed, edgy marketing image- like an orange uniform with purple bars.
