Have Air Canada pilot medical requirements changed in the past 3 months or have they remained same?

As far as I know its still the ability to pass a TC cat 1 medical. In addition they also do the urine sample testing for drugs and alcohol. Every 2 years blood work for liver enzymes. Just had mine in August, it was the same as last year, nothing new. Never saw any memo or anything about any changes.
