Best thing to do is apply if you are interested or talk to someone internal if you know anyone. If you don't then PM me and I can answer some of your questions. Pay is typically above average, and turnover has been very low. Most pilots are higher experienced professionals, often coming from competitor companies (likely says something). All other details are disclosed in the interview process.

As far as X-Savior's comments, I can guarantee they are incorrect. There is however a likely reason why he posts these incorrect comments but I would rather not get into that on a public forum.
I can guarantee the statement in regard to everyone being bonded is not the case. JW hit the nail on the head pretty well.
