I'm suggesting it would be nice if more people put the date in their titles in this area. Often someone posts a comment in an older incident thread then it looks like a new one again.
Month and year would even be better. 11/2013

Please date new threads
You should change the title so it's not so ambiguous, and then mods should make it a sticky. Too many times I've seen an old accident pop up and thought it was a new one.
