Someone in a previous post mentioned that CARs only get modified or changed twice a year, and November was a month that changes may occur.
I to am excited to hear what's up!

If certain people put half as much effort into getting the paltry amount of PIC time required, as they did wishing for regs to change to suit their poor career planning, they could have already had those elusive AA's.

If certain people could spend the paltry amount of time reading the header and the question, rather than writing useless trash. I ask a question which is quite clear to read as someone has already demonstrated to you. Keep you foolishness to yourself or start you own thread called, shimmydimmer the one and only...

I kind of like the 6 month medicals. At my age it's nice that someone wants to see you that often.

I don't care about the rest of it. I think co-pilots should get their ATPL right out of school. Just give it to them if it's what they want. Why all the fuss? The exams are easy, and I never saw anyone fly better the day after they wrote 'em than they did on the day before.

Oh f**&. I forgot that was coming up. I only turned 40 8 months ago; I haven't gotten the "exam that dare not speak its name" yet. :butthead:

It should be out in the spring. Due to Gov't shutting down it wasn't in the running for Gazette II in the fall as expected. It shouldn't be too long. Not much that appears in Gazette I doesn't happen with a year or so on average...
