Anyone have info on these guys? They seem to look for an otter driver every year.

I have never worked there but I worked for one of their competitors. Seems like a good place to be, CP and owner (Bridget?) seem friendly. Don't know if they have that same attitude towards their employees but the guys there looked happy. Red lake seaplane does their maintenance I believe.

It's a decent little operation, you could certainly do far worse. The CP is an honest, no-bullshit guy who started there on the dock. Red Lake is a fantastic place to spend a season.

Salaries for float pilots in Red Lake have generally been below industry average but now with a shortage of experienced drivers it's starting to catch up with them.

Fantastic bunch. But the wages where not on par, what else can you say. Good equipment friendly staff just a money thing for some.
