NT Air Interview

Post by xcain23x »

Hey everyone.. I just got a call for an interview from NT Air for next week for position of FO.
This is my very first interview.. so excited and nervous.

I have searched online for possible interview questions and found some generic ones..

Anyone got any suggestions what to prepare for so that I can do well.

Thanx a lot
Regards

Have your IFR knowledge up to speed. Most CPs have the base copy of the publications in their office. Don't be surprised if they pull it out and see if you know what you should. Knowledge of the equipment would be next. Be prepared to demonstrate that you understand how a turbine engine works, differences between the 1900C and 1900D models, systems knowledge etc. FWIW you can find a PTM for the 1900 on the web easily. Do a bit of research on Flightaware so you know where they fly to and their bases... I could go on but those are the basics for any interview.

Other than that just, make sure you show up on time and don't dress like a hobo. Good luck on getting the job.

hey everyone..
thanx a lot for your replies.. I did the interview and it went pretty well..
being an ifr instructor I didn't get much ifr questions, it was more on personal and turbine engine questions.

the chief pilot doug is a nice person to have an interview with. really friendly
