VFR / IFR Training Success Rate

I know there are no published numbers but I am wondering what are the approximate success rates for both IFR and VFR controller courses? For IFR, I heard 10% success rate.

When I was in my In-Person Interview, the manager said that there was about 25% completion. That is for that particular ACC and stream though, I'd assume. This was for Terminal IFR through Vancouver for YYJ/YVR

Thanks. If I make it, I will be in YVR as well.. I am guessing VFR stream has higher percentage of completion...

Generally from what I know VFR is "easier " but completion rates still aren't excessively high.
