Go Air Citylink

Does anyone know what the Embraer Brasilia 120 in Go Air Citylink colors does? (charter, corporate shuttle) I see it in Toronto a lot and think it is operated by Aviation Starlink.

Not sure if it has anything to do with it....but that airline was suppose to start up out of YKZ I think years ago, prior to Bearskin going in there. They went bankrupt before starting up then...maybe they are ready to give it a go now? I believe proposed routes were montreal, ottawa.....

It flies out of the Starlink hanger out of YUL daily. I don't know who the passangers are, but they seem to be business people. I can't remember 100% but I think it is a corporate shuttle of some sort.
