You won't find much. I work at Bombardier (Toronto) and even here it is very tight lipped regarding the flight test program. Like any new aircraft program it will have teething issues. I would discount most of the rumours as just that, rumours from people who heard it from Steve who heard it from Paul who knows a guy that's very close to someone who's married to an engineer with Boeing that knows about these things.
I've heard rumours of everything short of the wings falling off in flight. At this point unless I saw test data I wouldn't believe things.
That being said, testing is progressing. If at a slower pace than most would like to see. They just wrapped up climate testing in Florida with FTV-2 and FTV-4 (the first production representative model) is flying.

Show me a new build a/c that WAS certified on or ahead of schedule in the modern era. Bugs have to be worked out, you don't want to buy a brand new a/c that's grounded every leg with new and interesting snags. The simplest answer to your question is MONEY.
