If you need a 705 driver on a q-400, i'll do it for 35K to help out your start up brah! I know of a few guys interested in the FO position. They tell me they'll do it for 22K but only if they are allowed to care a lot.

I'm relatively new to this operator certificate thing. Why would it be easier to buy someone else's, and then modify it for your operation vs. creating your own?

Wouldn't either still require mountains of paperwork and approval?

There is a big difference in the requirements to hold a 705 OC compared to a 703 one.

New low cost carrier on the east coast where all flights will be at ground level ( to avoid SAM's ) and inverted to save on the cost of emptying the lavs.
