In April 2013, this operator, which was already employing 3 Temporary Foreign Workers, made an application for 5 Temporary Foreign Worker pilots. At the time, the requirements were for 1000 hours.
I noticed that in April 2014, this company also posted openings for 8 pilots on BC Jobs.

That is often a telltale sign of an impeding TFW application.

Well, here's a well known TFW employer with a recent ad: http://ca.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=0f34c2e ... job_alerts
And Cougar openly states in this recent ad that they will accept foreign equivalent: http://ca.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=8bcef14 ... job_alerts
Sure wish we had the 2013 and 2014 LMO records to publish - I guess public transparency isn't on the federal agenda.
Cheers,
Kirsten B.

So what? Bailey employs at boatload of Canadians too. Maybe if the customers didn't have such nonsensical hour requirements then they wouldn't need to go out of country for pilots.
