The entire Caribbean is going Rouge - no more mainline down that way.
Rouge is off the BGI route as of Oct 01. Mainline A319 until Nov 30 then B777-300 from Dec 01-Mar 30.

Have flown on Rouge a couple of times to BGI and Y class is not as bad as people are making out, seat-pitch wise...and I'm 6'2".

Service is pleasant enough, young, fresh faces. Fedoras look corny tho'.

Unprofessional? Why? Did you fly through the air after your video ended and arrive safely to your destination? All airlines have taken those photos so I guess you will be taking the train/bus/boat or car next time...I'm betting you won't.[/quote]

Impressed at all with the unprofessionalness of the crew. I won't be flying
With them again.
I bet if it saves you 15 bucks on your next trip you'll be on there again!

Nah, that fan is there for cooling. If it stops, then there is some serious sweating to do...

Just because you can't fly it straight dosn't mean it's the planes fault

My wife took the same pictures at mainline, I guess you'll scratch them of your list as well?
Air Canada Rouge is operated by AC pilots with AC training standards. I can tell you that it's far from being "unprofessional" and we take our job very seriously.
This being said we tend to be more relaxed and try to have fun while we're on the ground, it's just a different mentality with a younger crowd.

As well, Rouge FAs have so far received great reviews from passengers for their friendliness, attention to details and quality of service in general, which in my book sounds like they're doing their jobs like pros.

Being a new company there's still a lot to work on but it's definitely not on professionalism.

Enjoy your trip and I hope we'll have the pleasure to see you again on Rouge :)
