Oh boy, do a search of the forums and you'll get your answer. My opinion? Thinking of working for Frank? Walk the other way.

From what I hear they offer some of the quickest upgrades in the industry. Had a friend that worked there. He spent about a month on the ramp and then went ho FO for 2 months before going Metro FO. They worked him hard! 70-80 hrs a month on the medevac. Sched was 14 and 3 for FO. He left at 1200 hrs for what was a much better schedule. He's said he would have advanced much quicker if he'd stayed and for that reason regrets leaving. They put guys capt on the ho at about 1300-1400hrs and capt on the metro at 2000hrs. So I think it's a pretty good place for quick advancement if you like to work hard. If you'd rather be relaxed and are not worried about quick upgrades you probably want to look elsewhere.
