Question.
My licence sticker may have been returned to sender (edmonton transport canada office I think). I Think this happened because the mailing address had a typo on the type rating form...
Can I pick it up in person? Can they fax me a copy of it so I can exercise my privileges until they re-send it to the correct address (temporary 90days may run out before they mail me it back to the correct address).
Anyone have contact info regarding who to contact or have experienced this issue before.

Contact your regional TCCA office:
http://www.tc.gc.ca/eng/civilaviation/o ... ns-139.htm
You'll need to fill in a re-issue form and state that you've never received the sticker; the process is described here:
https://www.tc.gc.ca/eng/civilaviation/ ... -474.htm#9
If you're near a regional office and can visit in person, they should be able to issue a new temporary on the spot. (At $40 per temporary document, plus the cost of re-issuing the original).
