Encore FA interview

A friend of mine is interviewing for an FA spot at encore.

Any info on what she should expect is appreciated.

Is it a pretty standard interview or anything extracurricular to expect?

Singing and dancing? Kool-aid drinking prowess? A pulse?

From what I know (which isn't much) it's a group interview and then a one-on-one interview at some point during the day. I've heard they'll bring up the pay and working conditions (being very upfront about it) and ask you if you're okay with it.

If your friend wants to have some fun for a year or so, go for it. It's not a long term job anymore, like the jet positions.

Yeah, she knows it's not a great deal but doesn't care much i guess, being out of work and looking for something different to try.

Don't think she knew about the group interview. Thanks for that, probably a good thing to know to expect...
