The photo would have been taken between 1937 and 1940.

The Buhl Air Sedans came on strength with the OPAS in May of 1937.
The Junkers F13 CF-BAB was withdrawn from use in July 1940.

Correction:

The photo would have been taken between 1937 and 1939. The Fokker CF-AFS was written off after a collision with a boat at Port Arthur on July 8, 1939 It was owned at the time by S.A. Cheesman.

Another correction:

The 5th aircraft in the lin up from left to right is probably CF-AJZ, a Fairchild KR-34C owned by R. Spooner of Port Arthur from 1937 to Sept 19 1939 when it was written off.

Thanks for the Sunday morning research project.

I was deceived by this one as well. The aircraft I believe are as follows left to right.

CF-BAB Junkers F13

CF-AWY/NC12852 Ryan B-5 Brougham C/N 247
Seized by RCMP nr Hemmingford PQ 3.34 reregd Canada 2.35 by RCMP >C MacKenzie >lsd General Airways Ltd >L Bisson >Karl Springer Exploration >Springer-Sturgeon Gold Mines Overshot lake and landed on shore Biscotasing Ont 12.39

This is a story I'd like to know the history on this rare bird on floats - a sister ship to the Spirit of St. Louis.

DH60 Gypsy Moth Unknown reg. Initially thought CF-OAC which was involved in a fatal crash at fort william In 1936 but the timeline doesn't line up

CF-OAR? Buhl CA-6M Standard Airsedan
Ont Provincial AS >L Fletcher 08.05.37 1951 Floats parted in heavy landing due gust Mishabashu Lake Ont 23.10.45
This is a guess could be 1 of 4

CF-OAH Hamilton H-47 Metalplane c/n 61 Ont Provincial AS 09.05.30 850 Sold to USA 7.45

CF-AJZ Fairchild KR-34C c/n 906 Stalled on takeoff and crashed in muskeg Cordingly Lake Ont 19.9.39

CF-AFS Fokker Super Universal CV.135 Pigeon Timber >D McLeod >M Brocklebank >S Cheesman. Ran into Motor launch 'Gladys' on landing Port Arthur Ont 8.7.39

Sherpa,

You are correct. I didn't even see the little Moth mixed in there. My eyes must be going on me. Great photo and lots of history there.

That is beautiful! Nice to see her back on floats! I believe that is CF-OAJ c/n 65 another ex OPAS machine. It sold on Barret jackson for in my opinion a ridiculously low price of $671,000.00 a while back. Heres some more pics on wheels it's absolutely gorgeous. Anybody know what kind/size floats are on it ?

My EDO files says that the Hamilton came with EDO YC 6400 floats. Not sure if those are the same size as depicted, Perhaps they are the more common EDO 6470's.
