I'd rather an R22.
Maybe if someone engineered a swing-tail boom and folding rotor STC, that'd be a great bonus.

Ok so yeah kudos to the people that are actually putting this forth. For pilots I see this as a pretty awesome ride, but it's been marketed towards civilians and that is a scary thought for me. I mean we can view a 3D world and understand how it works, but a civilian without any aviation knowledge will be limited to a 2D plane of thought. Also, how on earth will they govern this? Can you imagine flying around and having a car fly up to get a closer look or try and fly formation with you (because they think it's cool). *smh*
A pilots license should be required. Mainly because it requires a bit of brain power to achieve and therefore limits idiots from being inthe sky (for lack of better terms) :s

A pilots license can not be held by an idiot?A pilots license should be required. Mainly because it requires a bit of brain power to achieve and therefore limits idiots from being inthe sky (for lack of better terms)
When did they change the requirements?
The hardest thing about flying is knowing when to say no
After over a half a century of flying no one ever died because of my decision not to fly.

I see people smashing these into overpasses and power lines.
