I found that quite interesting. It's certainly much different than I suspected. They really seem to have there act together. No doubt they're a model for increasing larger seaplane operations elsewhere in the world.

Interesting video. Hard to say what things are really like there, based on an advertising or propaganda video, but it's good to see that they appear to be doing well in their goal of making the operation increasingly locally run and staffed.

Can anyone tell me if they are still hiring foreign FO at TMA? And if so then what are their requirements?

As far as I heard, no. There are no foreign pilot visas available right now.
