There are a number of controllers both Tower and Centre (terminal and enroute) on here. Perhaps you could add a general topic on what you need? (operational question, recruitment, etc)

"cossack" is a YYZ Tower controller. He frequents the ATS forum if you post there but you could PM him. I've had some PM's with him and he welcomes the opportunity to talk about YYZ ops from his perspective.
