I believe these are the Boeing owned emb not the remaining AC owned emb

It's the 20 EMJ's AC is giving to Boeing in exchange for the 737 order. They start leaving the AC fleet this fall and will be gone by the end of 2016.
25 will remain in the fleet for another 5 years at which point will be replaced by something yet to be announced. The C series, more 737's who knows.
