The pilots don’t charge for the service, aside from the passengers’ share of the fuel costs and other expenses
Haha, sooo...they do charge for the service.

There's profit made somewhere so it's an app for chisel-charters..

I wouldn't really object to it personally if the website included a caveat and legal disclaimer, so people know exactly what they are participating in, and there could be no doubt that they accepted the nature of this activity if and when something happened.

This guy has been advertising flights around GTA for awhile now:

He's not asking for profit, just shared costs.
