Aircraft maintenance, mid-air?

That was cool. Even if it was staged, still pretty cool.

There were still some aircraft during WW2 you could crawl in the wing and work on the engine and stuff. Can't remember the exact aircraft though.

I think the Convair B-36 was the last one you could work on an engine during flight. (I may be wrong)
