I think you all are giving our "politicians" too much credit for even knowing what plane they're using. At least it isn't a wet leased TFW aircraft.

Not to mention, it would be giving the general public too much credit to think they would even give a millisecond's thought to what aircraft some politician is flying on, let alone where it was manufactured.
Most are too preoccupied with hairstyles and who's peeing in who's cup.
